White House Rates
The house has central air conditioning and heating. It is fully furnished. This includes: sheets,
bedding, towels, eating and cooking utensils for 6, coffee machine, microwave, gas barbecue,
42" TV, etc.. Included: toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, paper cups, soap, kitchen
sponge, presto logs. Kitchen has fresh bottles of olive and canola oil, spices, etc..

Master bedroom has a double bed, the middle bedroom has a bunk bed, lower is a double bed,
upper is a twin. Den has a Murphy double bed. Just in case, the living room couch unfolds to a
double bed. The house comes with kayak/s for two plus a 5 person pedal boat, plus assorted
other floaty things. Life Vests are NOT included. Safety is YOUR responsibility.
Just bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, book and dog.
