The house has central air conditioning and heating. It is fully furnished. This includes: sheets,
bedding, towels, eating and cooking utensils for 6, espresso machine, microwave, gas
barbeque, 40" HDTV, mostly dish internet, etc.. Courtesy bag: toilet paper, paper towels,
paper plates, paper cups, soap, kitchen sponge, presto logs. Kitchen has fresh bottles of
olive and canola oil, spices, etc..

for two plus a 5 person pedal boat, plus assorted other floaty things. Life Vests are NOT
included. Safety is YOUR responsibility.
